The European Satellite Navigation Competition
The European Satellite Navigation Competition encourages the innovative of satellite navigation applications. It expects to develop combine the satellite navigation application service
industries with Galileo, the European Satellite Navigation System.
The ESNC has held by the AnwendungszentrumGmbH Oberpfaffenhofenand the Munich ITC trade fair SYSTEMS since 2004. There were 3 regions in Germany, France, and Sweden at that time. Over the past four years, the ESNC extend to 11 regions and a total of 900 participators have taken part in the ESNC.
Taiwan has been one of the participating regions of the ESNC in 2008. This is the first time the contest extend out of Europe. Taiwan will introduce its innovation to the world in the competition and incubate more satellite navigation applications and services.
